One thing that I have thought might happen is that if the actual PEA is reported to the Regulators by the end of the year, the company might release a press release with the informatiion up to 45 day prior to the report being filed. My hope is that AE plans to file the full report this year. If that is the case then we could be looking at a PR with the guts of the report filed anytime between now and Nov 15th. Just speculating, but it does strike me that RPA should not need much longer than a month or so to plug in the number which they should have gotten by mid to late September.
In this scenario I would see the price continue to run for the next few weeks and then we will see what happens. My own preferred course of action has always been:
1) Small offtake MOU with pricing to a significant player (set pricing)
2) Then an investment by a mining company say 10-15% (move up SP)
3) Than a bidding war (Let the games begin)
As far as I am concerned if these three things happen it really does not matter when the PEA is released.
