You are right about the 45 days however, if the RE is any indication, having to file the final report in the next calender year is not an issue. The RE came out December 3rd last year and the final report was filed in January.

Time is ticking and we are out of the overbought zone now so next week should see us move over that $2.25 resistance IMO.
