Moreover, it's a short-term (12 months) internship being funded by Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation’s Youth Internship Program.

To me this seems like a great way of getting a recent university graduate from the nearby community involved with the Company, at no cost to the Company, and with the added benefit of getting some positive PR for the Company in nearby communities.

Seems like a win-win-win to me.
