not much to read into this announcement other than it is a cheap (subsidized) addition to get some feet on the ground at the Thunder Bay ZEN office to assist Chahar and to a lesser extent Yamashita.

Remember, last we heard from ZEN Chahar was still to be based out of Houston and Yamashita is accross the Pacific.
