I looked into the 2013 Annual Statements to find out the a bit more on the options. I suspect this may have something to do with Peter Ravenscroft leaving (excercisable under certain vesting terms?), or the unfortunate passing of Clifford Davis (Estate planning).

It's definitely a postive that ZEN received cash.
