December will be the month, but which day/week in December? I still believe that the bidding war will start immediately if the PEA drops a bomb on the market. With the recent options excercised putting more money in ZEN's coffers without dilution, puts AE and the ZEN team in a very good position for any negotiations they may be involved in. 25+ NDA's and end users with ZEN's product in hand doesn't hurt either.
