Personally I think they will release the news after the market closes to maximize the impact and this will result in the maximum share increase. This will be the call of someone like Stowe who will have had lots of experience in such things. As we saw from the RE it was released in the morning on a halt and it allowed punters like the cThief to weigh in with little analysis and move the price both up and down and scare people out of their positions.

This time I believe we are in for news of either and offtake, buyout or blockbuster PEA. It will be better for any of these three items especially the latter to allow investors the night or weekend to perculate and bid up the price on opening the next biz day. This will also allow the likes of the cThief to be nullified by wiser investors who will put down BS before it tempers the news.

If the news is a buyout all bets are off, because this will cause a SP run no matter what the actual news is even if it is a stink bid. If news of a buyout is released it maybe best to halt the stock and give investors less time to digest the information at least for short term SP appreciation.
