Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications

Message: the PEA, or lack there of...

It seems as though the delay is beginning to wear on people here....

Take these things into consideration when complaining about the PEA delay:

1. RPA has supposedly completed its part but has been waiting on SGS as of June:
- Could it be that end users testing is the hold up the process in these cases?
If ZEN is targetting specific markets and is looking to skip the middle-man in this process, there is going to be multiple back and forths in terms of tailoring the processing for each end user.

The more end users that offer support of the graphite price ZEN can obtain, the better.
Let them optimize the processing for each specific need so that we have an optimized PEA.

This process will require Chahar and SGS will have to go over a significant amount of data that then goes to RPA for their assessment. Once the RPA inputs the figures from SGS, that may require additional adjustments from RPA's end of things.

2. Aubrey is completely mismanaging this process:
- Do you really think AE is calling all of the shots here?
He's assembled a top notch management team that is guiding him throughout this process.
Chahar is controlling a large part of this with the processing/optimizing/end user communications...

DO you think Ken Stowe came on board in August to sit on his hands throughout the PEA process?
"Ken is a creative leader with vision, backed by deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience. He will add considerable strength to our Board as we transition through metallurgical testing and a PEA" - AE

In addition he is dealing with RPA (3rd party), SGS (3rd party), end-users/labs (3rd party).

Things take as long as they take, I'll take a late and optimal PEA release than a rushed and unpolished PEA anyday.

If you think ZEN management has not carefully strategized how to do this properly, think again
