Sorry to disagree. But no company, repeat no company would ever let any university researcher deal with a partner who might be contemplating a takeover. The universities are lucky to get any product and unless they have some needed expertise or equipment they will be last in line to get anything. Just the way it is.

This is not an issue or holding up the PEA.
