I appreciate your many fine contibutions to this board, and I understand your frustration with AE's management of ZEN in relation to the stock and retail shareholders. I do however, respectfully suggest that we would be jumping the gun to ask him to step down.

Painful as this day has been, it may very well turn out that his management yields the best end result. Mr. Stowe in his position as director, should have the ability to advise AE and the Board almost the same as if he was Chairman. For all we know, the current strategy may be at least partially Mr. Stowe's design.
