I am long ZEN and underwater. Lets play what if:

The 25 plus NDA folks can't make the graphite work like they want.

The PEA is not coming in the way ZEN was expecting.

Their are no offers of any kind from anybody.

Could these be reasons for the delay and the horrible stock price?
