I'm just reading the "tea leaves " now, but if the recent trading is any indication, nobody is too interested in buying the company out. I'd think the indication is, " show me the PEA first" I'll show you my money later. So I'd be very surprised to see a buyer appear before then. I think we are all in the show me the PEA catagory by now.

The only way for any other comany to buy this at a bargain or grossly undervalued, is to run ZEN out of money. That appears to be more than a year away. At the rate things are moving it could be a possibility.

Some here think an unfriendly takeover is out of the question. They cite management owning about 30% as reason enough. But that leaves 70% up for grabs and a succesful group with that clout could refigure the BOD and probably oust AE as well. In effect the control would change the ownership picture considerably. It still has to be proven, but this find could be extremely valueable. So much so, that powerful interests could take extreme measures to gain control here. I am not ruling this out.

However, the reasonable approach would be a friendly takeover. To execute this, a buyer would have to meet the asking price ZEN management would expect pretty closely. To come to an agreement, they would have to sit down together and negotiate this price. You can be sure they are not going to give " the farm away ". They will get the price they want to make a deal, or move ahead themselves.

To continue down the development route ZEN will need money. That is why the PEA must be an eye popping deal. If that comes about they will have money offers and that will not be the problem.

I think these possibilities are well known to ZEN. I think the black-out is keeping everyone in the dark, even the would-be buyers. I'd like news just as much as anyone else, but I wonder if that is in my best interest. We will not know the answer to this until we see the PEA. I am thinking the BOD are making the right decisions but I will not know until we see the whole picture. Until then, I'll stay positive and give them a thumbs up.

A news flow that some are asking for would only benefit stock traders like our friend from the other board. He makes a big deal out of this only to satisfy his trading purposes, and not for the benefit of the company's longer term prospects. He's crying because AE will not play his game.

There is one thing I am not worried about. Neither AE nor the BOD is going to give this company away on the cheap. I'd like to see someone try it. It would turn into a free for all pretty quickly. We would not be ignored by the markets for very long.

Just my thoughts................
