Sigfried,

Many times I have appreciated your posts.

Please clarify what you believe to be the correct value for this specialty product. As I know you you are probably very well aware, the pricing for specialty graphite varies due to several complex factors. Zeyatta has stated, and been confirmed bySGS, RPA, Dr. Conly, Dr. Hains, and others, including apparently end users, that the Albany graphite, due to the method by which it was formed, has the qualities being most sought out and highly valued in spades: purity, crystallinity, optimal flake size, ( on the small side, just as positive as large size maybe better for certain qualities), conductivity, as well as the fantastic qualities much graphite posseses, like lubrication, refractory formation, brake linings, strength, high temperature tolerence and more.It is a unique material, especially Albany hydrothermally formed graphite. They aren't making pencils with this.

It is no wonder they struggle to correctly value it even now as far as we know. 8500 may be a good price, I dont know. I do know that it has fine potential to be sold at the very top of the graphite market, synthetic or otherwise, so... high potential, not guarantees. As risks go, I still like this one.I like the talent, management, experience, connections, market savvy...and .....retail relations....not so much.

Anyway thats my thoughts on it value potential, and I have convinced myself through research and due diligence, be it right or wrong.

Siegfried, that is why I asked you your thoughts as to how low you think that valuation is, that is if you care to. In any case thanks for the post.

Just my opinion, but this is the best investment opportunity I have seen in my 15 years of investing. I think we are going to have fun.

Good luck to all

PF
