You are correct Maureen. Why would anyone sell a resource knowing exactly what it is worth especially if management holds the balance of power? If the PEA values the NPV at X number of dollars, then I believe the take out in the end will be reflected of the NPV. What will be the NPV? There have been many calculations posted here.
