Volume picking up ("highest this year for TSXV") in conjunction with a declining price is very seldom a sign of interest picking up. It almost always means someone is dumping and wants out.

There is chart support in the low 130s, so technical buyers (who were sellers in the 160s) may soon be stepping up to the buy side.
