You have to look back to the buyout of Diamond fields again. Teck Corp had what appears to me an off-take arrangement with DFS. It did not stop bidding for DFS and Teck was hamsomely rewarded. That money was needed for more drilling. ZEN might need money in another year or maybe less, and need the money from this type of agreement. I do not see it as being a hindrence.
As for only looking for something like 30% for Lion batteries, no good businessman puts all his eggs in one basket. So the aprox. 70% for other enterprises is good business. One other use for ZEN graphite is high end lubricants. Apparently they can be very expensive.
