That sounds a bit illegal or under the table so to speak. Now AE does have a royalty or net smelter deal as part of his ownership but that is above board. Whatever price the shareholders get, that is what all shareholders get. Given that AE has some 5 million shares, he will be far better off maximizing that dollar amount per share than he would be with any transaction after the sale.
