Here,s the latest example to back it up from the recent successful take over bid by the world,s biggest gold miner to a small junior gold company.Naturally,the most active price manipulators throughout the year and months prior to the T.O.of this junior gold miner were these two financial entities.And out of nowhere,the acquiring company decalred that they already owned close to 10% of shares of that little junior that we were not aware of.It,s all legal and they did not have to declare it as long as they owned less than 10%.Don't forget that the law is always designed to protect the miscreants,not us retail investors.
