How are us stockholders going to know what "fair value" is without seeing the PEA.

we will know because it's in AE's and other management's own self-interest to get the highest share price. the only way that wouldn't be true is if they worked out a separate deal for themselves, which would be illegal.

i know you have a fear of being swindled, but i really think it's an irrational fear. it not only would be illegal, but it goes against the character of many in top management including AE.

in the final analysis, they will do what's best for the share price of ZEN because it is in their own interest to do so. happily, we will be along for the ride.

i too hate the delays. i have other places i could put my money. but none of those other places have such high potential reward for the low amount of risk. if we want in on the bounty, we have no choice but to wait.
