Some of you may recall that I wrote to Mr. Davis at X2, back in January. X2 did reply to me stating that their interest, at that time, was in the area of large producing base metal assets.

But, you never know.....hence, my subject line, "Longshot"

Most of you are likely familiar with Mick Davis, former CEO of Xstrata, and his new venture, X2 Resources. Latest reports say X2 has raised around $4 billion for mining investments. So today I sent the following messages to X2, and Zenyatta:
