I_C_, One would suppose that ALL the ND companies would have access to the PEA at the same time. I would think that ZEN would be legally bound to disclose the economics to each of these entities but perhaps not the public.
I disagree. If the PEA is complete, ZEN is bound to disclose this to the public as a material event. We have no idea if any of the NDA's will have access to the PEA before the public. There will be a window of time between PEA being given to the BOD and it being released to the public. BEFORE then, some of the NDA's may be privy to some/all of the onformation that ZEN has provided to RPA - this would be dependant on the NDA itself, whether or not this was part of the aggreement. Betwenn the time the PEA is delivered and it is released the same scenario may be true - some NDA's may have access to it but once it is in the hands of the BOD, it will have to be released. Even if an offer came in and was accepted by the BOD it would still have to be subject to a shareholder vote and all relevant information has to be provided to the shareholders.
