you are correct. this isn't as good as i was expecting. however, it does prove the share price should be much higher than it is. nevertheless, we may get a pullback at first before we head higher. that IRR is not near what most of us were expecting. just speaking for myself, the PEA was disappointing. the share price will eventually be higher, but not as high as i was expecting.
