Don't you think that everyone has used CAPEX in their NPV calculation, along with a whole host of other factors and numbers? I was demonstrating the value of the various PEAs, that is all. Maybe CCB or some other company will have the lowest CAPEX, but so what, that will not necessarily make them the most valuable.
