What??? I don't know what you mean by "innocent shares". Shares are shares, they don't have guilt or innocence. All I said was that anyone who sold their shares to the obvious short selling manipulation of the share price were definately unfortunate.

Actually I believe you stated that all of the shares (and people who sold them) were unfortunate, however I would assert that some of those shares sold and bought belong to the same entity. You may debate this if you like as it's practice is of a dubious nature. I'll hold to the belief that the game is rigged and the laws don't apply to everyone involved. And we all know that the rules of the game are broken everyday. The real crooks just never get caught.
