Broker friend of mine pointed out that the auto industry receives much more grants than the mining industry and he was happy to see the link to the auto industry and the naming of Honda and Toyota. Here is the quote from the NR:

It is interesting that Honda and Toyota are both in Japan and are named in this NR and that ZEN was in Japan just a few weeks ago.
