fluffy, the LIB sector will not be able to afford the price that the albany graphene to strengthen concrete will command. they'll have to find a cheaper graphite. seems a shame to have such high quality graphite made into graphene for concrete, but it should go to whomever can pay the highest price. my bet is that it's the concrete companies.. by a country mile.
