The Company could 'spin' this till the cows come home it will make no difference. Institutions let alone retail cannot seem to grasp what we all see as obvious. We will need confirmation from a large end user but also remember that any off-take will not show public prices so that still will not provide full value. A buy-in to the project will be what provides the value of the project as a whole and it is also the only way an end user can lock up the supply in thier own hands. 

So, we have to sit and wait for that to occur. Meanwhile, the news we do get is all positive and it points to higher value overall.
