Attached is a Message trail, including my response from Agoracom on May 9th, to the L2 disappearance on AGO.

The AGO promised "rectified shortly" never happened, despite my followup posts.

I got tired waiting for the fix and moved to the SI Forum, -the ZEN component run by CANSECO,  the much respected moderator.The vastly more accurate, informative ZEN information has first class contributors, is a good alternative. You will be better informed about ZEN.

What is your definition of "shortly", please. I have been without Leve11 and charts service for over a week. 

Is this an AGO client-wide problem? What is your specific eta of the "rectify" fix, and /or please provide your expectation for the problem fix timeline.
