Sounds like you are willing to hold for another decade while the exploration geologists, who are certainly not qualified for their current jobs (exploration geologists are employed to find deposits so job well done, let's not spit at the luck, now get out of the way), grind it out with a few more govt grants, another decade of research and small financings to nudge it along at a nice comfy pace (for the salaried fortunates). i am not so sure that is the correct path for this company.
