Enough is enough. It is time for change not more of the same. One has to act if one wants change. You can't just sit back and let others hopefully take care of it for you. If I am making anyone uncomfortable perhaps that is because they are sitting on the fence and happy to see things continue to grind on at an ever slower pace.
