What I am trying to communicate is to the best of one's knowledge all can appear to be perfect in the FN dept., and then suddenly without warning ..it is not ok.....primarily in  Ontario...these days.

Last year  I posted a video showing the Noront roads announcement August 21, 2017,

Wynne, Gravelle and some FN Chiefs present.

What happened two days later? The announcement was called premature by the same FN that were present!, a..misunderstanding of sorts...they claimed. Yet, the chiefs were filmed nodding their heads in agreement to the words uttered by Wynne.

Is there a resource sharing plan -Specific to Ontario...coming to help with ambiguity?

I see the rage on the board towards the CEO. I simply have tried to offer an alternate view.

I guess I put myself in the shoes of these CEO's or largest shareholders that have ..power.

If I sniffed that there was a Gov't revenue sharing plan coming out in a reasonable timeframe, I would realize that a good NR would have more benefit then.

It could also be the case that the interested "customer(S)" demand that provincial ambiguity be addressed before a deal is made.

Just my opinion.
