i voted you a thumbs up because you brought a well thought out perspective and took the time to put together a well-structured post. i'm glad you've decided to post here.

however, there is seething anger at AE right now for justified reasons. he'd have been better off if he'd have kept totally quiet since 2013. yes, we'd have still been angry at his prolonged silence, but he's compounded the anger by not keeping his promises. he hasn't met a promised timeline in a very long time. that's what has most of us spitting mad. yes, we'd still be mad about a cone of silence, but not nearly so mad as with all the broken promises.

i don't follow NOT but i'm wondering if they have made many promises that haven't been kept? same with the other companies you mentioned.
