The time for change has come and with AE, BA, KM and SW so tightly wound together, I see no chance for change, or financing on good terms, unless this group is reduced or removed. They control the board as is evidenced by the sneaky manner in which KM was inserted in place of Brett Richards as Chair.

I have many more reasons for my vote, but the time for pointing fingers is over imo. The obvious is upon us and it is time to act. I will be tossing the proxy forms from my various brokers in the trash can, and only using the yellow proxy form from the ZENforward group to cast my vote. I have no trust for the paperwork coming from ZEN thru the brokerage community.
