Just imagine we had been used as a springboard for management to raise the money it needed as a mean to make a few" true owners" of the company in the future.I can guarantee you that it will not be any of us retail share holders.No wonder smart money no longer want to participate into any kind of capital raise by this company.It takes a crook to understand another crook.

No matter what happens,I think the OSC should look into this kind of corporate malfeasance under serious light.Share holders should take a closer look when massive share dilution takes place and question this kind of practice for their own good.
