| Zenyatta Ventures dissident nominees elected to board 2018-05-11 11:39 ET - News Release Shares issued 63,597,361 ZEN Close 2018-05-10 C$ 0.50 Dr. Francis Dube reports ZENYATTA ANNOUNCES RESULT OF SPECIAL MEETING Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. has released the results of the special meeting of its shareholders held in Toronto on May 11, 2018. During the meeting, all items put forth were approved. Four members of the board of directors were removed from office and the nominees put forward by a group of concerned shareholders -- Dr. Francis Dube, Brian Bosse and Eric Wallman -- were elected as directors of the company. The new board comprises Dr. Dube, Mr. Bosse, Mr. Wallman, Brian R. Davey and Brett Richards. Each of the directors will serve as such until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the company or until his successor is duly elected or appointed. It is anticipated that the board will begin to implement the plan for change detailed in the concerned shareholders' circular.
