I read and see the comments regarding the use of Agoracom as a Social Media Platform.  I am aware of the history of the site.  However, we wanted a platform to better communicate industry news and developments to our shareholders and when we looked around, Agoracom offered the best platform for us to do so for multiple reasons including from a legal perspective.  

This transaction is an all share transaction so has no bearing on our treasury.  This platform is a cashless opportunity to communicate better with our shareholders and it was a promise made to our shareholders during the proxy battle.

The value we get from this platform as a company will be measured by how much and how well we use this platform.  I encourage shareholders and stakeholders to visit this site often for up to date industry news and discussions on our developments.
