when people say to do a 'google search' they don't seem as credible to me as when they actually provide a link. i'd like to see what specific resource you're talking about. i don't doubt you saw a dollar a gram somewhere, but maybe you missed something else. possibly the specs were lower than standard or something like that. 

i know that providing a link isn't always easy. especially after some time has passed. many times i don't know that i'm going to need to back up what i've read in an article. then later, when i try to find it, i can't remember how i got to it in the first place. happens a lot to i expect just about everybody. with that said, it would sure be nice if you could provide a link (and the quote if it's a long article) so we could critique it ourselves.
