Quote from Dr Baker of GEIC:
"So, what is the best way of avoiding the valley of death? According to Baker, it boils down to the creation of effective supply chains. He says: “Academics and universities are great at what they do, but often, if you look at graphene they can make it by the gram or perhaps by the several grams, but along comes industry wanting to add graphene to its car programme and there’s a big gap between making a gram of material and making a kilogram or tens of kilograms or even tonnes."
Is Zen the missing link in this "supply chain" story? We can certainly supply all the world,s need for the best quality graphene by design according to demand. So if graphite is now recognized as the best source to make graphene,I am sure that a few future graphite producer can fill the demand to produce some multi-layered products at a much higher cost.Zen graphene will be reserved for the top notch demands. As far as the lab created products are concerned, they can all go to the dust bin for all I care.
