as the stock price soars higher and higher, and as the company gains more and more value, the incentive to steal it will become irresistible to many. there could be more than a few sources of thieves.

will someone approach AE with an offer he can't refuse to take back the company by some unusual means? will some cabal form to try to scare the share price down so they can do a hostile takeover? will they try some other legal trickery to do it? will they go over all our contracts with a fine-tooth comb to try to find some defect they can exploit?

all i'm saying is that there will be huge incentives to take risks to steal the company. we should all be watchful and prepared for anything. there are already countless evil eyes on this jewel. eyes that will try to figure something out. and the best time to steal any company is sooner rather than later. are we vulnerable? i don't know... i just hope we are preparing for any type of shenanigans we encounter.
