Hello fellow ZENers

I"m not sure if I am dreaming or thinking of another stock but ... several years back did ZEN management not spin off another company? I vaguely remember that ZEN shareholders were to get an equal number of shares that they owned in ZEN in this spin off. Do any of you long term ZENers remember such news and if so what was the outcome of this undertaking as I don"t have the greatest memory according to my wife. Lol
