Has zen filed the pmra application yet?

someone asked investor relations if the pmra application for the hvac is already filed and zen would not say a simple YES or NO. I feel like a mushroom. this is a simple answer and them not answering is a worry.

Hvac was suppoed to be in CONTRACT last year. ridiculous and I'm tired of this no info policy.
