Your points are valid but if I'm a fanboy it's because of my ten plus years as a shareholder and involvement with this company as well as a well developed network of shareholders that include management. That's where my confidence comes from and no, I don't get any insider information that isn't available to everyone else. 

I too am frustrated, as is management. There is nothing that the company can do do speed up the regulators, full stop. In my opinion, and the opinions of many others that have close ties to the company, they have done a remarkable job of developing IPs for several ground breaking and disruptive technologies that will, when all is said and done, pay off handsomely, both for the company and for us shareholders. No one expected it to take this long but it is what it is and all we can do is wait it out, like it or not.
