honestly, you should work on being a better human. a close second would be to work on managing your investments better. you're obviously married to this stock, which is understandable since you seem to have spent the better part of a decade pumping it.

wrt to investing, first thing I recommend is learning to manage your losses better. averaging down might make sense until it gets out of hand, which it clearly has in your case.
