Possibly they know something about good to happen to zen and they want to put them down
Perhaps there's a paid basher from other Graphite/Graphene companies
Perhaps an ex-employee of zenyata ventures seeking revenge
Maybe they don't like all the fabulous NR's from them
Or simply just want to short the stock
