ZEOX Appoints Mr. Gary Pearson as Financial Advisor
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 26, 2009) - Mr. LuVerne E.W. Hogg, President and CEO of ZEOX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ZOX)(FRANKFURT:ZED) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gary Pearson to the position of Financial Advisor effective immediately.

As a financial executive with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, treasury, finance, comptrollership, risk management, and information systems, Mr. Pearson brings a wealth of operational talent, public company exposure, manufacturing acumen, and mergers and acquisitions experience which will serve ZEOX's growing business extremely well.

Most recently, Mr. Pearson held the position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Sun-Rype Products Ltd., a British Columbia based manufacturer and marketer of fruit based beverages and food products. Sun-Rype is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

As a key member of the executive team, Mr. Pearson will participate with the formulation and execution of financial strategy and broad policy as well as liaise with the investment community as a spokesperson for ZEOX. ZEOX will gain valuable business expertise from Mr. Pearson that will aid in the successful execution of the Company's future business plans.

Mr. Pearson has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management Information Systems and is a designated Chartered Accountant.
