According to the SEDAR Annual Meeting document, Eastern Capital Limited holds 23,200,000 common shares (23.5% of outstanding common shares), NGN holds 12,603,004 common shares (12.7% of outstanding common shares) and the board of directors collectively holds~6,700,000 common shares (6.85% of outstanding common shares), mostly by DM and Norman Wong. This already accounts for 43% of the total outstanding shares. I'm assuming that these above parties will all be voting in favor. 98,892,045 Common Shares issued and outstanding as of the 11/30/15 cut off of the meeting notice.
