Hi Koo.

I'm not to good at this stuff so I have a silly question. Who will the shareholders of Zenith Capital be?

People like me will hold shares in Zenith Epigenetics. If under the restructuring I'll (we) also hold shares in Zenith Capital then that is good IMHO.

My apologies for asking this question because I'm sure it was discussed previously in terms of the value assigned to each type of share.
