I'm on an iPad normally using Safari. I had a problem registering so I went to Yahoo, then to Agoracom and it worked. I did the same thing this morning before posting but still no paragraphs. My understanding is that when a company wants to go from private to public, they do an IPO. ZLtd is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZCap but they are still one company (just like RVX and RVX Therapeutics). Didn't they spin out RVX Therapeutics and rename it Zenith? That's why I'm thinking they would do an IPO under ZCorp. It seems to me that current Zenith shareholders are very lucky people...assuming of course that the trials go our way. PVLee
