Another question re: IPO's

Is it possible that if/when ZCorp does an IPO, then they will issue royalty preferred shares to current shareholders?Doing this would prevent dilution after the IPO wouldn't it? Makes sense to me but I'm really not sure if I understand things correctly. Something tells me we aren't yet able to fully comprehend the potential value of this company. I'm anxious to hear the opinions of others on this board. PVLee
