Thanks Four...that helps a little but I guess I'm stuck on the fact that ZCC and Newco are still one company; Newco will be a wholly owned subsidiary of ZCC. I think some are getting ahead of themselves. In other words, ZCC has to first create Newco in order to have something to spin out...in the same way they did with RVX Therapeutics becoming Zenith. Don't you think? If they spin out Newco in the same manner as the old Spinco which is now Zenith Epiginetics Corp., we would get an equal number of shares of Newco as we currently have in ZCC. Then after Newco is spun out publicly you can sell your Newco shares and still keep the ZCC shares. That's why I say too don't get stuck on the 34.4 million...it's probably just for all the paperwork. Personally, if that's the case, I think that would be awesome and seems to fit with what DM said in June. PVLee
